THE PATHS® PROGRAM LICENSE AGREEMENT & TERMS OF USE
The documents found on the PATHS® program website ("Site") including all programming, content and documentation on the Site ("Licensed Documents") are owned by PATHS Program Holding, LLC. By using the Licensed Documents, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions of Use stated here, do not use the Licensed Documents.
If you (including your organization) are a purchaser of the PATHS® program, PATHS Program Holding, LLC, grants you permission to access the Site and view and print the Licensed Documents contained on the Site, but only for use in implementing the PATHS® program you have purchased and provided that you comply with all other Terms and Conditions of Use.
To view and print the Licensed Documents your computer may download the Licensed Documents. You have the right to download such copies provided that you delete them immediately after viewing or printing the Licensed Documents and do not save these Licensed Documents for future use.
You may not store, modify, merge, compile, reverse compile, email, distribute, place on a computer accessible by other computer(s) (including placing on a server, network, intranet or Internet), share login credentials for, resell or otherwise transfer the Licensed Documents. You may not copy (including via download) the Licensed Documents except as allowed within the previous paragraph. Title to the Licensed Documents shall remain with PATHS Program Holding, LLC. PATHS Program Holding, LLC, claims and reserves all rights and benefits afforded under federal and international copyright law for the Licensed Documents.
Running the Licensed Documents may require the installation of third-party programming, including Acrobat® software of Adobe® Corporation, Preview software of Apple® Corporation or other PDF viewer programs. Any third-party software programs are not being sublicensed by PATHS Program Holding, LLC, as part of the Licensed Documents and you may need to obtain copies of these third-party software programs under any required license agreements for operation with the Licensed Documents.
PATHS Program Holding, LLC, makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Licensed Documents and specifically disclaims other warranties, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
PATHS Program Holding, LLC, does not warrant that the Site will operate without error or that the Site and its server are free of computer viruses and other harmful goods. PATHS Program Holding, LLC, does not warrant that defects in the Site will be corrected. PATHS Program Holding, LLC, is not responsible for any associated costs if your use of the Site or the content results in the need for servicing or replacing data or equipment. Changes are occasionally made to the Site and may be made at any time.
In no event shall PATHS Program Holding, LLC, be liable for incidental, indirect, special, reliance, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, savings, or revenues of any kind, or for lost data or downtime, regardless of whether PATHS Program Holding, LLC, has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
